"Amazing selling experience with David Ochsman and the entire team at Vassar Broermann! I sold my condo with them in the spring of 2023 and couldn't be more pleased with the process and the final sale price. I was initially worried about the sale as I'd moved out of the area and my wife and I had a newborn on our hands, but David took care of it all and made everything so easy on us. David and his team did a meticulous job with my condo. Honestly, I almost wanted to move back in after I saw the staging photos, as they'd done such a good job! He works with amazing vendors- stagers, photographers, painters, handypersons, etc. that make everything go so smoothly and quickly. I really only had to turn the keys over and they took care of the rest, which was so incredibly helpful at the time. Throughout the entire process David kept me posted on progress almost daily. Selling a home can be stressful and he really took that stress away. Also, his advice on the listing price made all the difference in the world. We had a very quick sale and I think there’s something to be said for that in a challenging real estate market, like we’re in now with rates on the rise. Closing was also a breeze.
